(Mountain, watterfalls, hikings) :

Payments made for your trip are refundable for cancellation ONLY by mail at least 8 days prior to your arrival date and we will charge 25% of the tour of cancellation fee.

If you cancel your tour 7 days or less prior to your arrival date all payments made on your trip are non-refundable. 

Reservations made for holidays  DO NOT APPLY FOR REFUND 

If a situation arises like ¨act of God¨, pandemic or travel ban that caused cancellation of the trip we will reschedule within 6 months are not extra charge

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Fuel Subcharge Policy:

We base our fuel costs in our package at max of $5.00/gallon. We will inform the guests before arrival in case of a fuel subcharge. 

Cancellation Policy:

Payments made for your trip are refundable for cancellation ONLY by mail at least 90 days prior to your arrival date and we will charge $500 of cancellation fee.

If you cancel your trip 90 days or less prior to your arrival date all payments made on your trip are non-refundable. 

If a situation arises like ¨act of God¨, pandemic or travel ban that caused cancellation of the trip we will reschedule within 12 months are not extra charge.
